
This sizzling tokwa recipe is supposed to be served in a sizzling plate. However, I don’t have any in my home. I will consider having a sizzling plate if I’m a bit comfortable with cooking. I’m still a newbie so having a sizzling plate in my kitchen can wait.
I don’t think there’s much difference with me putting the tofu in a normal bowl versus a sizzling plate. Maybe the food will be warmer for a longer time and of course, the presentation will be better. Anyway, I’ll try to re-do this recipe once I muster the confidence in cooking 🙂 Read More
