Crispy Tofu Sisig

I always order tofu sisig whenever I dine at Mesa. The dish is good for 3 to 4 people. Can you keep a secret? I can actually finish the whole dish by myself. So when I stumbled upon this crispy tofu sisig recipe, I was immediately sold. Good thing the tofu sisig is easy to prepare or else, I might be going to Mesa restaurant almost every week just to order one. That would be too expensive for me to handle 😀

I’d probably add more mayonnaise when I cook the crispy tofu sisig again. Mind you, I don’t like mayonnaise, but I don’t know what’s with adding it to tofu that made it taste awesome all of a sudden, hehe! Read More
