I’ve been eating bagoong fried rice in restaurants and been wanting to try to cook the dish on my own. Luckily, the recipe that I found online is spot on. I super enjoyed the taste of the dish. The bagoong fried rice was just super yummy! I have to take note though that the mango is a must. The mango gave the dish character and elevated the taste of the dish. Read More
