Carie invited me to Red Crab last night to have dinner. She also invited her badminton friends there.

Well, the food is nice & ofcourse the price is nice too (hahah if you know what I mean).

Here are what we ordered:

  • Luciano’s Paella Adobo (Php 329)

This was deliciooouusss! If I’m not on a diet, I might have gotten a 2nd serving. Oh well…

  • Sarsuela Negra (Php 445)

I never really appreciated black rice, I was too worried that it will stain my teeth and I still need to meet my other friends for coffee. I only tried the tahong & chicken heheh.. It’s ok just normal

  • Sisig 2 ways – Sisig Tartars & Tofu Stuffed (Php 295)

I didn’t try the Sisig Tartars coz it looked raw… The Tofu stuffed is a great concept though.. and delicious too!

  • Oyster Floren Tin (Php 335)

I’m not fond of oysters but this I really love. It’s not part of their menu but they do recommend this to Reb Crab guests.

  • Baby Back Ribs in Classic Humba (Php 445)

Perfect Presentation! It tasted good as well.

  • Iced Tea (Php 95)

According to them, the iced tea was too sweet. This is refillable by the way.

  • Lipton Red Iced Tea (Php 56)

This was an extremely expensive crab! Php 135/100g (1.2KG). wowness.

When you plan to eat this crab or have some friends who’s going to eat it. Better wear the red apron This is me wearing it hehehehe

All in all, the food was really good. I just felt that the crab was wayyyyy too expensive.

Anyhow, it was a fun dinner, great company and all! 🙂

After dinner, we went straight to Cheesecake etc (also in Banawe, QC) which is just 15 steps away from Teriyaki boy… do you seriously think I counted my steps? ahhaaha

Anyway, the interior of the dessert place is amazing… nice colors, nice furniture, nice lighting, nice ambiance… a very nice place to hang out… BUT (a big but…)

The food:

  • Apple Cider (Php 110)

Cecile ordered this one and she liked it… I didn’t get to taste it but I felt it’s too expensive.

  • Jello Parfait (Php 89)

Cathy ordered this simply because she loves Jello. I didn’t taste it coz I saw a lot of cream and I don’t eat cream ehehehe.

  • Home-Made Ice Cream (Php 99)

Usually when restaurants do home-made ice cream, it means that it’s really really really GOOD. Unfortunately, this was really really really bad…. the ice cream was too sweet, it tasted like candy… I didn’t even bother finishing it.

I will not go back anymore, I hated the dessert I ordered … uurggghhh.
