I usually buy either ground pork or ground beef because S&R do offer promos (buy 1 kilo, get 1/2 kilo for free). I couldn’t resist the urge so I ended up with 1.5 kilos each of those. The end result is that I tend to find recipes I can use for them. Luckily, there are so many ways to cook them. In ground pork’s case, I was able to find this ground pork in tomato sauce recipe. There are two ways to prepare watermelon drink.  It can either be watermelon juice or watermelon shake.  For this post, I’m sharing with you the watermelon juice recipe that I followed.  It’s called watermelon agua fresca.  For me, it’s simply watermelon juice.  The one that is so liquified 🙂

Apart from cooking some more dishes, I also plan to learn more fresh fruit juice recipes.  The only thing that is stopping me is cleaning the different tools used to prepare the juice.  I hope I’ll have more focus to concentrate on devouring fresh fruit drinks rather than think about the hassle of cleaning afterwards.
