I’ve never heard of Bagis. I only discovered it through Kawaling Pinoy, a website owned by a Filipina. I love her photos and her recipes are very easy to follow. When I saw her photo of Bagis, it got me interested. I saw that the main ingredients in this dish are ground beef, calamansi juice and thai child peppers. I wondered how Bagis tasted like.
