Avocado Shake Recipe

Awwwww avocado shake…. how can a creamy mixture taste so good?Avocados is a good source of vitamins but they also has a high fat content.  Comparing to other fruits, research shows that Avocado has 20 times.  TWENTY TIMES… oh boy 🙁

Oh well, drinking an avocado shake can be a guilty pleasure besides it’s not so bad.  Avocado is a good source for potassiom and vitamins K, B6, E and C 🙂

Ingredients
  1. 1 avocado
  2. 8 ice cubes
  3. 1/3 cup condensed milk
  4. 1/2 cup full cream milk
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until the mixture is smooth.
  3. Transfer in glasses.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
