Recipe: Garlic Snow Peas Stir Fry

Sometimes, the simplest recipes are the yummiest. The Garlic Snow Peas Stir Fry is definitely one of those dishes 🙂 It’s rare to find a simple recipe online so I’m really happy that China Sichuan Food had this in their blog.
I really like that I can whip up this dish in less than 15 minutes yet it can be as satisfying as a side dish or even a main. I can really live with just one dish to partake with my rice.
Garlic Snow Peas Stir Fry

Ingredients
- 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cups snow peas
- 3-4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- salt to taste
- tasted sesame seeds (for garnishing)
Instructions
- In a wok, bring water to a boil.
- Add a few drops of oil and a pinch of salt to the wok.
- Place the snow peas to the wok to cook for 1 minute.
- Transfer to a container, drain and set aside.
- Heat up the same wok and put oil.
- Fry the garlic until aromatic.
- Add snow peas to the wok.
- Add salt and sesame oil.
- Mix and continue to fry for a few minutes.
- Serve and garnish with toasted sesame seeds.
