Recipe: Gising Gising

Gising Gising

This is my kitchen experiment for the day. It is a popular dish called Gising Gising! Gising gising is popular for its spicy taste and its use of coconut milk. I changed the original recipe by Wika Magazine to using 2 cups of coconut milk from only 1 cup.

I really love how adding bagoong (shrimp paste) gave this dish a twist.  I also love the spiciness of the dish.  One of my favourite recipe adaptation 🙂
