Recipe: Sizzling Silky Tokwa
May 19, 2014

This sizzling tokwa recipe is supposed to be served in a sizzling plate. However, I don’t have any in my home. I will consider having a sizzling plate if I’m a bit comfortable with cooking. I’m still a newbie so having a sizzling plate in my kitchen can wait.
I don’t think there’s much difference with me putting the tofu in a normal bowl versus a sizzling plate. Maybe the food will be warmer for a longer time and of course, the presentation will be better. Anyway, I’ll try to re-do this recipe once I muster the confidence in cooking 🙂
I’ll never get tired of learning tofu recipes. So expect some more featured tofu dishes on my blog. I do not know if there will come a time that I’ll be able to create my own recipe but I hope some day that can happen. For now, I’ll continue to adapt recipes that I find online.
