Recipe: Mango Juice
October 20, 2013

The only time I get to drink fresh fruit juices is when I’m in a restaurant. So I tried my hand in making fresh mango juice! Oh boy, I think this might become a habit for me. Like today, I’m already on my 4th glass and I’m not even tired of it. I can drink fresh mango juice all day!
Fresh Mango Juice is easy to make! Mangoes, sugar, ice cubes, water and a blender is all you need and you’re all set.
Being a noob, I have to find a recipe online so I can get the measurements properly. Sharmis Passions have a great recipe that helped me a lot.
- 2 big fresh mangoes
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup water
- 5 ice cubes or more depending on your taste
- Wash the mangoes then chop them into cubes.
- Add the chopped mangoes into the blender along with sugar, and the ice cubes.
- Add the water into the blender.
- Blend the ingredients into a smooth juice
- Serve the mango juice chilled or with ice cubes.

This is probably the first fresh fruit juice I have made so I’ll be more courageous to try out other fruits. What might be the next? uhmm…..
