Recipe: Pancake Muffins

I got a couple of pancake mixes at home. One day, I was a bit experimental and wanted to try something new. I didn’t want to just create normal pancakes but something interesting to eat and enjoy. Thus, I was glad to see a recipe online that is both yummy to look at and easy to recreate: The Pancake Muffins!
So for today, I’m sharing with you the pancake muffin recipe and the step by step photos that I took while preparing the breakfast dish. The four toppings that went through with the pancake muffins are chocolate chips, blueberries, bacon, sausage & cheese and cinnamon sugar. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- [Muffins]
- 2 cups Pancake Mix
- 2/3 cup non-fat milk
- 2 pieces eggs
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- [Toppings]
- blueberries
- chocolate chips
- sausage & cheese
- cinnamon sugar
- bacon
Instructions
- Preheat oven at 177 degrees celsius.
- Mix together muffin ingredients: pancake mix, milk, eggs and maple syrup.
- Apply muffin liners in the muffin pan.
- Fill the liners 2/3 full with the muffin mix.
- Add your choice of topping on each of the muffin.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Check if the muffin is cooked by using a toothpick. If toothpick, comes out clean. It's good to serve.
- Enjoy!
