Instant Korean Ramen

For today, I’ll be sharing one of my guilty pleasures, the Korean Ramen.  I usually have Korean Ramen cooked at home whenever I’m sick.  The reason for this is I just can’t get myself to prepare anything if I’m feeling weak.  Though it’s quite ironic that instant ramen os unhealthy, I still cook Korean Ramen when I’m under the weather.  Maybe, I’ll find something else easy to cook the next time I get sick.  But right now, Korean Ramen is still my go-to food.

This particular recipe by Maangchi is very easy.  All we need is water, the Korean instant ramen pack and egg!  I don’t know what’s with Korean ramen but I just love the taste of it.  It’s spicy, tasty and oh so yummy!  I wish I can quit Korean Instant Ramen.

Ingredients
  1. 1 pack Korean Ramyeon Instant Noodles
  2. 2 1/2 cups water
  3. 1 piece egg
  4. 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
  1. In a pot, bring water to a boil.
  2. Add the noodles and soup powder from the Korean Instant Noodle Pack to the boiling water.
  3. Cover and boil for 1 minute.
  4. Open the lid and mix the ingredients together.
  5. Crack the egg and place into the ramen mixture.
  6. Cover the pot again and cook for 2 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat.
  8. Open the lid and place the dried vegetables from the instant ramen package together with fresh green onions.
  9. Serve and enjoy!
