Recipe: Mapo Tofu
August 23, 2015

I super duper love tofu! No matter how tofu is cooked, I’ll surely appreciate. One staple dish in the menu that I see in Chinese restaurants is Mapo Tofu. In all honesty, I’m surprised at myself that after 2 years of trying to cook dishes myself, I still haven’t tried making my own Mapo Tofu.
The time has come! I finally prepared mapo tofu! Mission accomplished, hehe!!
