Avocado Ice Pops Recipe

I’ve been wanting to try out the pop molds I bought from True Value.  While I had several avocados at home, I decided to make an avocado ice pops.  Avocado is definitely one of my favourite fruits especially if served with condensed milk.  Oh, just the thought of it makes me wanna eat avocado again!

I followed the recipe for avocado ice candy which worked perfectly well even if I used a different mold.  I love the smaller size pops since it kinda controls my intake of avocado.  I love avocado too much that I think I need to control myself when there is one available 😛

Ingredients
  1. 2 avocados
  2. 2 cups fresh milk
  3. 1/2 14-ounces can condensed milk
  4. 1/4 cup sugar
Instructions
  1. Cut avocado in half, discard pit and scoop out avocado flesh.
  2. Put avocado flesh, milk, condensed milk and sugar in a blender.
  3. Process blender until avocado mixture is smooth.
  4. Pour blended mixture into ice pop mold.
  5. Put mold into the freezer and let it sit for 3 hours.
  6. Remove avocado ice pop from mold.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
