Recipe: Gising Gising
May 3, 2015

Ever since I got hospitalised again due to immune disease breakdown, I was advised by the doctor to change my lifestyle.
It’s a hard change but one particular advise that was really hard for me is to stay away from fast-food restaurants. So there, I started to cook again. I need to cook more vegetable dishes so here is what I cooked today -> Gising Gising.
I remember loving this dish at Mesa Restaurant. I wish to recreate this coconut-inspired dish. I think it tasted good (thanks to Kawaling Pinoy’s easy to follow recipe).
