Recipe: Ginisang Pechay
April 21, 2014

I have a quest to eat healthy. When I was searching for dishes to cook for the month of April, all I was able to get were vegetable recipes. The Ginisang Pechay was one of those that I tried out. I really love the site Kawaling Pinoy because the recipes there are easy to follow.
I’m just glad that after my first try, the dish turned out great! Yum yum! Now, for my next try, I will put more pechay (bok choy). It seemed that I put more ground pork than vegetables. I already tweaked the recipe to correct the amount of pechay in the dish.
