Recipe: Corn Ice Candy
July 18, 2013

Whenever I’m in the mall, my biggest weakness is to see home appliances and accessories. In one of those shopping trips, I was able to buy ice candy molds. They’re cute and I couldn’t wait to try them out. I searched around the web for an easy ice drop recipe.
The only thing I needed to do is to mix all the ingredients, put them in the mold, freeze them overnight and then, I can already enjoy my very own ice drop! The best thing about this recipe and why I chose this among all the other similar recipes is that the main ingredient is corn. Corn is one of my ultimate favourites. Being able to try out corn in a different way is cool!
- 1/2 cup condensed milk
- 1 cup cream style sweet corn
- 3/4 cup water
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ice candy molds
- Prepare all ingredients and measure as indicated in the recipe
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
- Blend all ingredients.
- Fill up ice candy molds till it is full. Continue doing until all molds are filled up with the mixture
- Freeze the corn ice candy overnight.
- enjoy!

I enjoyed my first try in creating a corn ice candies! It actually tasted good! I will definitely make some more and have my friends try out. I know my friends will hesitate a bit considering that I’m not really a cook but I’m sure they’ll trust me enough to try it out. I hope they’ll like it 🙂
