Recipe: Soy Eggs
April 9, 2013

It’s always in the menu whenever I dine at a Chinese restaurant. The egg tasted good. The dish is very unique. I’ve always wondered that it might be difficult to prepare. I had the impression that one might need to boil the eggs overnight with soy sauce. But what do I know?
One day, I decided to learn how to make Soy Eggs. Apparently, it’s very easy! So I made some and it was good! I got to thank Just Bento for the inspiration and the recipe.
